Daily Sunblock Use

Most women now know that they need to apply sunblock on their skin on a daily basis. This is the best way to keep your skin looking young and healthy. Living in the city where going to the beach isn’t as easy doesn’t mean that the sun’s rays are safer. Unfortunately, some formulas are sticky, and this is probably why the rest are not into using sunscreen every day.

So why should you apply sunblock even if you live in the city? Daily exposure to the sun without protection is risky even on the daily drive to work. When things add up, it can also compound the damaging effects of the sun’s rays on the skin. This hastens skin aging, resulting to premature wrinkles and blotchy and uneven skin tone. There’s also a vast difference between regular sunblocks you are used to seeing in the market versus the ones made for daily usage.

Regular sun protection products are oil or cream based to make it water-proof. Such formulas are good for visits to the beach and sports activities that entail a lot of sweating. For most of you city folks, your lives revolve around commuting, doing the grocery shopping, and heading off to work. Those that are made for regular everyday use give just the right amount of UVA and UVB protection and the right skin care ingredients in a water-based formula so it feels a world lighter on your skin. It is ideal for use as a makeup base as well. Just slather it on your face and see how your foundation spreads itself out evenly all over.

You may assume that a sunblock’s stickiness is a good factor to ensure your full protection. On the contrary, this in no way equates to the intensity of protection you receive. Effective defense means that the product you put on has a strong and safe UVA and UVB filter system for your skin. Aside from giving you what you need to stay young, you also want to ensure that what you get has skin caring properties so it won’t give you allergies and rashes all over.

Luckily, many of the manufacturers of anti aging skin treatment products out there have pretty much thought of almost everything to save your skin from early damage. They offer you a variety of range, depending on the activity you’ll be doing for that day. Remember, without UV care, key signs of aging, appear from age 35 or up. The sun’s harmful rays are present every single day, all year round, with or without sun, and even on cloudy days. These penetrate through the windows of your car when you drive off to your destination. When you don’t do anything about it, you’ll soon see the slow destruction on your skin’s structure. The worst part about it is that the damage is deep and irreversible because it is able to get deep into the dermis. Take care of what you have because if you want to delay aging for as long as you can, it is best to choose a solution that won’t require you to shell out a large amount of cash.
